Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and phjoy1 ("phjoy1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phjoy1 online gaming platform accessible at phjoy1.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the phjoy1 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and consent to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming guidelines published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

phjoy1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and, where material, by direct communication to registered players. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

The phjoy1 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. phjoy1 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from entering into contracts may not register or use the phjoy1 Platform.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

phjoy1 services are directed at players physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phjoy1 makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phjoy1 or from any PAGCOR-registered gaming operator are not eligible to use the Platform during the period of their exclusion. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new accounts or using the accounts of third parties will result in permanent closure of any associated accounts.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on the phjoy1 Platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and such other information as phjoy1 may request from time to time.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active phjoy1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phjoy1 may, upon discovering duplicate accounts, merge balances, void bonus credits, close accounts, and withhold associated funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy1 login credentials, including your username and password. phjoy1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify phjoy1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phjoy1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. As part of this process, phjoy1 may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), a recent proof of address, and documentary evidence of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phjoy1 may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjoy1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. phjoy1 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Additional minimums and maximums may apply to specific payment methods and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. phjoy1 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held by third parties. Deposits are credited to your phjoy1 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phjoy1 is not responsible for delays caused by payment network issues, bank processing times, or errors in payment details provided by the player.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC completion. phjoy1 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and same-day processing for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, though these timelines are not guaranteed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phjoy1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion required for international payment methods is the player's responsibility, and associated conversion fees are not covered by phjoy1.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free spin awards offered by phjoy1 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published with each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins must be wagered the required number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary — live table games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

phjoy1 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting simultaneously on opposing outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements; registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds and free spins that remain unused or have unmet wagering requirements will expire 30 days after the date of credit to the player's account. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the phjoy1 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment. Game outcomes are determined fairly and in accordance with the published rules and theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game. phjoy1 does not manipulate game outcomes for individual players or market segments.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, phjoy1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. phjoy1 is not obligated to honour winnings generated as a result of a software error, miscalculation, or display fault that produces odds or payouts that are manifestly incorrect.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on the phjoy1 Platform are governed by market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bet acceptance is at the discretion of phjoy1 and may be suspended at any time without notice.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

phjoy1 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session winnings caps, particularly in connection with bonus play. Maximum winnings limits, where applicable, are specified in the relevant promotion terms or game rules. Players are encouraged to review these limits before placing large bets during active bonus periods.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phjoy1 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity;
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's payment method without their express consent;
• Exploiting software errors, display faults, or pricing mistakes to obtain winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any phjoy1 software;
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise publishing material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive on any phjoy1 communication channel.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by phjoy1

phjoy1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk of harm to phjoy1 or other players.

8.2 Return of Funds on Termination

Upon closure of an account in circumstances not involving fraud, misconduct, or regulatory breach, phjoy1 will return the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their phjoy1 account at any time by contacting phjoy1 support at [email protected]. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should request self-exclusion rather than standard closure to ensure appropriate protective measures are applied.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoy1 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of phjoy1 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phjoy1 Platform without express written permission from phjoy1.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

phjoy1's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

phjoy1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at phjoy1.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy1 does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data may be shared with regulatory bodies, licensed game providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform and in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173).

Responsible Gaming

phjoy1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered account:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss limits — Configurable limits on net losses over defined periods;

Where changes are material — such as those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — phjoy1 will provide at least 14 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, direct communication to registered players by email or mobile notification.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phjoy1 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through phjoy1's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phjoy1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 28 days.

14.3 Jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit phjoy1's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the phjoy1 Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
